Astragalus, Codonopsis, Chinese yam, Chinese wolfberry, Chinese longan, and southern jujube
Cooking Instructions
Wash all ingredients and soak the yam for 30 minutes
Rinse all ingredients. Dried yam soak for 30 minutes beforehand.
Can be added to chicken and stewed together
Optional: Add chicken for enhanced flavor.
Add all ingredients to about 2000 ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 1.5-2 hours.
Add all ingredients into approx. 2000 ml of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1.5–2 hours.
You can add a little salt to taste
Season with a small amount of salt to taste, if desired.
Storage
Store in a dry, low temperature, sealed place
Store in a cool, dry place and keep sealed
