Ingredients: 2 Codonopsis pilosula, 3 pieces of Astragalus membranaceus, 10 pieces of Southern jujube

Recommended Practice:

      1. Wash the jujubes and set aside. Cutting the edges of the jujubes will make them more flavorful.
      2. Wash and cut Codonopsis pilosula and Astragalus membranaceus into small pieces
      3. Add 1 kg of water , freeze all ingredients, bring to a boil then turn to medium low heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes. (If you have time, soak the ingredients in water for 30 minutes before cooking, the flavor will be better)
      4. You can add a boiled egg in the last 15 minutes to make it taste better😆😋
      5. If using a slow cooker cup, cook for 15 minutes and bake for 3 hours
