Mulberry parasite lotus seed egg tea is definitely a nourishing and easy-to-make sweet soup that can calm the mind and promote sleep while removing dampness. Women can drink it to treat menstrual pain and replenish blood.

Ingredients: Mulberry parasite, jujube, lotus seeds, lily, longan, egg, rock sugar/yellow rock sugar (optional)
Mistletoe, Southern Dates, Lotus Seeds, Dried Lily, Dried Longan, Eggs, Brown Rock Sugar (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Wash the mistletoe, soak it for 15 minutes, blanch it to remove the bitter taste, and put it into the fish bag for later use.
Rinse mistletoe, soak for 15 minutes, blanch briefly to remove bitterness, then place in a soup bag.
Wash other ingredients, soak lotus seeds for 1 hour, and cut the jujube into pieces (no need to remove the core, as jujube is nourishing but not dry).
Rinse remaining ingredients. Soak lotus seeds for 1 hour. Cut dates into smaller pieces (pits can be kept).
Put all the ingredients into a pot, add about 2000 ml of water, boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes

Add the hard-boiled and peeled eggs and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

You can add some rock sugar according to your taste
Add rock sugar to taste, if desired.
Store in a dry, low temperature, sealed place
Store in a cool, dry place and keep sealed.
