How to make soup:

Soaking herbs: Soak all herbs for 15-20 minutes and wash them clean.

To make soup: prepare 2L of water and bring it to a boil. Add all the herbs and lean meat (pork tendon or chicken). Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for 1.5-2 hours.
