2-3 pieces of Hericium erinaceus , 2-3 slices of African round conch (60-70g), 40g of Polygonatum odoratum , 40g of Adenophora adenophora , 30g of Chinese yam , 10g of wolfberry , 3-4 candied dates , appropriate amount of lean meat or soup bones (optional)

Recommended Practice :
- Wash and soak the conch slices until soft ( about 4 hours ) , cut into pieces and set aside
- Pork Ribs, ginger and scallions, blanch and wash and drain
- Wash and soak the Hericium erinaceus in water, and squeeze out the water two to three times like washing a towel
- Rinse yam, wolfberry, polygonatum and candied dates briefly
- Use about 11-12 bowls of water, add all the ingredients after the water boils, boil for 10 minutes, then simmer on low heat for about 2 hours. If you use a pressure cooker, cook for five to ten minutes after applying pressure. Open the lid after the pressure is reduced and the air is exhausted.
- Season with salt and serve
