Material︰
30g African conch head , 3 pieces of Japanese Hokkaido Soya scallops (SA), 35g dried geoduck , 30 pieces of Polygonatum odoratum , 15g wolfberry , 2 candied dates , appropriate amount of lean meat or soup bones (optional)

Recommended Practice :
- Wash and soak conch slices , dried geoduck and scallops until soft ( about 3-4 hours )
- Pork Ribs, ginger and scallions, blanch and wash and drain
- Rinse wolfberry, polygonatum and candied dates briefly
- Use about 11-12 bowls of water, add all the ingredients after the water boils, boil for 10 minutes, then simmer on low heat for about 2 hours. If you use a pressure cooker, cook for five to ten minutes after applying pressure. Open the lid after the pressure is reduced and the air is exhausted.
- Season with salt and serve
