Cooking Instructions
Steaming fish maw (to reduce the loss of gelatin)
Soak the fish maw in water for about 12 hours (depending on the size)
Add dried ginger and steam for about 5-10 minutes, remove from heat, rinse, and soak in cold water until the gelatin is soft and tender.
If not cooked immediately, it can be refrigerated or stored in freezer.
Wash all other ingredients, soak lotus seeds for 1 hour, cut red dates
Rinse all other ingredients. Soak lotus seeds for 1 hour. Cut red dates open.
You can add lean pork to increase the nourishing effect

Put all ingredients (except fish maw) into 2000 ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours.
Place all ingredients except fish maw into approx. 2000 ml of water. Bring to boil, then simmer for 1.5 hours.
Add fish maw in the last 10 minutes and cook until soft.
Add the prepared fish maw in the last 10 minutes and simmer until tender.
Add a little salt to taste
Season lightly with salt if desired.

Dry, low temperature, sealed storage
Store in a cool, dry place and keep sealed
