Yellow ear, cordyceps flower, fig, gorgon fruit, candied dates, Agaricus blazei
Yellow Tremella (Yellow Snow Fungus), Cordyceps Flower, Figs, Fox Nuts (Euryale Seeds), Honey Dates, Agaricus Blazei Mushrooms
Cooking Instructions
Wash all the ingredients, soak the yellow fungus until it is fully expanded, cut off the hard stems and set aside
Rinse all ingredients. Soak yellow tremella until fully expanded, trim off the hard base, and set aside.
You can add about 250g of lean pork to stew together

Gorgon fruit and Agaricus blazei need to be soaked for 30–60 minutes in advance
Soak fox nuts and agaricus mushrooms for 30–60 minutes prior to cooking.
Cut the figs and remove the pits from the candied dates
Cut figs in half and remove seeds from honey dates if preferred.
Put all the ingredients into a pot, add about 2000 ml of water, boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 1.5 hours.
