Yellow ear, cordyceps flower, conch slices, tongcao, fig, candied dates, apricots, Chinese yam
Yellow Tremella, Cordyceps Flower, Sea Conch Slices, Rice Paper Pith, Figs, Candied Dates, Apricot Kernels (North & South), Dried Chinese Yam

Cooking Instructions

  1. Soak the conch slices for 30 minutes and blanch them for later use.
    Soak sea conch slices for 30 minutes, then blanch and set aside.

  2. The Chinese yam needs to be soaked for 30-60 minutes in advance. Wash the other ingredients.
    Soak dried Chinese yam for 30–60 minutes. Rinse all other ingredients thoroughly.

  3. Add all the ingredients to about 2000 ml of water, add appropriate amount of pork (such as pork tendon or lean meat), boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for about 1 hour
    Add all ingredients and a suitable amount of pork (eg, pork shank or lean meat) into about 2000ml of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 hour.

Storage:
Store in a dry, low temperature, sealed place
Store in a cool, dry place and keep sealed.
