Four Gentlemen Decoction

Effect: Promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, help discharge lochia, promote uterine repair
Note:

• Mothers who delivered naturally should start taking the medicine from the third day, and mothers who delivered by caesarean section should start taking it from the fifth day.

Sijunzi Decoction strengthens the spleen and replenishes Qi, improves digestion, and enhances physical strength

Ingredients/Ingredients
Codonopsis, Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos, and Roasted Licorice
Ginseng (or Codonopsis), Atractylodes Macrocephala, Poria, Honey-Fried Licorice Root

Cooking Instructions
Wash all materials and set aside
Rinse all ingredients and set aside.

(You can choose to add lean meat or pork bones) Boil water, wash and drain for later use
(Optional) Blanch lean pork or pork ribs in boiling water, then rinse and drain.

Add about 8-10 bowls of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 1.5 hours
Add approximately 8-10 bowls of water, bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 1.5 hours.

You can add some salt to taste and enjoy.
