桃膠紅棗桂圓糖水
建議食譜:
製法:
1. 桃膠以凍水浸泡約8小時(預早一晚浸泡),洗淨。
2. 除去桃膠表面黑色雜質;以清水反覆清洗,瀝乾,備用。
3. 蓮子,浸泡一小時;紅棗去核;桂圓肉用水浸軟,將所有材料洗淨。
4. 鍋子注入清水煮滾,放入材料,煮出紅棗及桂圓味,再加桃膠,杞子最後落
5 .再煮5分鐘,熄火,焗一會,即可享用。
