成分 / Ingredients: 桑寄生、南棗、蓮子、百合、圓肉、雞蛋、冰糖 / 黃冰糖(可選)
Mistletoe, Southern Dates, Lotus Seeds, Dried Lily, Dried Longan, Eggs, Brown Rock Sugar (optional)
建議煮法 / Cooking Instructions
桑寄生洗淨,浸泡 15 分鐘,汆水去除苦澀味,入魚袋備用
Rinse mistletoe, soak for 15 minutes, blanch briefly to remove bitterness, then place in a soup bag.
其他材料洗淨,蓮子浸泡 1 小時,南棗剪開即可(無需去核,因南棗補而不燥)
Rinse remaining ingredients. Soak lotus seeds for 1 hour. Cut dates into smaller pieces (pits can be kept).
所有材料放入煲中,加約 2000 毫升清水,大火煮沸後,轉小火煲約 30 分鐘
Place all ingredients into a pot with approximately 2000 ml of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
加入煮熟去殼雞蛋再煲約 10–15 分鐘
Add hard-boiled, peeled eggs and continue simmering for another 10–15 minutes.
依個人口味可加入適量冰糖
Add rock sugar to taste, if desired.
儲存乾燥、低溫、密封保存
Store in a cool, dry place and keep sealed.
