建議煮法 / Cooking Instructions

所有材料洗淨,無硫淮山、蓮子及芡實浸泡30分鐘,蜜棗及沙參可略浸 15 分鐘
Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Soak lotus seeds and fox nuts for 30 min. Soak yam and adenophora for 15 minutes.

可加入約 250g 豬瘦肉一同燉煮
Optional: Add about 250g of lean pork for richer flavor and nourishment.

把所有材料放入煲中,加入約 2000 毫升清水,大火煮沸後轉小火煲約 1.5 小時
Add all ingredients into a pot with around 2000 ml of water. Bring to a boil on high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 1.5 hours.

Add a small amount of salt to taste, if preferred.
