White radish
Rice flour
Cornstarch
Dried scallops
Dried Shrimp
Jinhua Ham
Mushrooms

practice:
1) Peel and mash the radish

2) Chop Jinhua ham and dried shrimp into small pieces; soak dried scallops until soft, steam for 30 minutes, and tear into strips; soak mushrooms until soft, remove stems
3) Add rice flour to cornstarch and mix well, set aside
4) Heat the wok over high heat, add Jinhua ham and fry until fragrant, add dried shrimp and dried scallops, stir-fry evenly, set aside;
4) Add shredded radish and stir-fry until soft, add sugar and cook until dissolved; add pepper and a little salt;

5) Cook until the radish is transparent, then add all ingredients and stir well.
7) Turn off the heat and let it cool down a little before pouring in the glutinous rice flour. Add the radish a little at a time and mix well.
8) Grease the cake pan, pour in the radish cake; steam over high heat for 60 minutes.
