🍳How to deal with it

Soak the chicken foam gel in clean water for about 8 hours (the time can be adjusted according to the size).

Put ginger and scallions in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and wait for the water to cool down slightly. Put in the chicken in a jelly and bake for 3-5 minutes . Take out and rinse with cold water.
