Matsutake
(Tricholoma matsutake)
I know if you have ever watched Doraemon - Nobita really likes eating Matsutake racks! Zhong praised it highly.
Matsutake is a traditional Japanese healthy but relatively expensive ingredient.
Our Japanese buyers tell me!
The Japanese suggest treating matsutake mushrooms with the same seriousness as frying steak

Use Li risotto, chicken soup, and abalone chicken porridge, first-class
Dried Matsutake Baked Rice

Seasoning: soy sauce, sesame oil
practice:
1) Wash the matsutake mushrooms and soak them until soft (about 15 minutes, leaving the soaking water);
2) Wash the rice and set aside; add water and the water used to soak the matsutake mushrooms, and start cooking the rice
3) Heat a coal-fired wok, add a little olive oil, add ginger and matsutake mushrooms, stir-fry until fragrant, add wine, and seasoning (for Japanese style, you can use kelp soup instead)
