1) Drain the lean meat/pork bones and set aside
2) Wash and soak all other ingredients in clean water, remove the tangerine peel and pods
3) Put 2000 ml of water (about 10 bowls of water) in a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 2 hours , then add appropriate amount of salt to taste
