Pan-fried golden oysters with honey

8 golden oysters, 1 scallion, 6 slices of ginger,
1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine, 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey

1. Chop scallions into sections. Rinse the golden oysters, pat dry, and place on a plate.
2. Add dark soy sauce and Shaoxing wine, and top with ginger slices and green onions.
3. Steam over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes, drain and set aside.
