Tremella, figs, conch, coconut flakes, candied dates
Snow Fungus, Figs, Conch, Coconut Slices, Honey Dates
Cooking Instructions
Wash all ingredients, soak the snow fungus for 30 minutes, and prepare the conch heads, coconut flakes, and candied dates.
Rinse all ingredients. Soak snow fungus for 30 minutes. Set aside the conch, coconut slices, and honey dates.
You can add lean pork to stew together
Optional: Add lean pork for richer flavor and nourishment.
Put all the ingredients into a pot, add about 2000 ml of water, boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 1 hour
Place all ingredients into a pot with approximately 2000 ml of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
You can add a little rock sugar or salt to taste
Add rock sugar or salt to taste, if preferred.
Storage
Dry, low temperature, sealed storage
Store in a cool, dry place and keep sealed.
