Material:
👩🍳Main characters: 15g peach gum, 10g snow lotus seeds, 5g snow swallow (most absorbent)
👩🍳Fragrance source: red dates, longan, rock sugar, wolfberry (last to fall)

Preparation method:
1. Soak peach gum, snow lotus seeds, snow fungus and white fungus separately for 12 hours, change the water in the middle and clean the impurities
