治腰酸背痛:杜仲與牛大力具有補腎壯筋骨、舒筋活絡的作用
強筋健骨:配合栗子、黑豆可增強肌肉與骨骼的支持力
建議煮法 / Cooking Instructions
所有材料用清水浸泡約 15–30 分鐘,洗淨
Soak all ingredients for 15–30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
可加入瘦肉(如豬腱或雞肉)一同煲湯
Optional: Add lean pork shank or chicken for extra nourishment.
加入約 2公升清水,大火煮沸後轉小火煲約 2 小時
Place all ingredients into a pot with approx. 2–2.5L water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 hours.
下鹽調味即可享用
Season with salt to taste and serve.
