雪耳、無花果、螺頭、椰片、蜜棗
Snow Fungus, Figs, Conch, Coconut Slices, Honey Dates

所有材料洗淨,雪耳浸泡 30 分鐘,螺頭、椰片、蜜棗準備備用
Rinse all ingredients. Soak snow fungus for 30 minutes. Set aside the conch, coconut slices, and honey dates.
可加入豬瘦肉一同燉煮
Optional: Add lean pork for richer flavor and nourishment.
把所有材料放入煲中,加入約 2000 毫升清水,大火煮沸後,轉小火煲約 1 小時
Place all ingredients into a pot with approximately 2000 ml of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
可依個人口味加入少許冰糖或鹽調味
Add rock sugar or salt to taste, if preferred.
